Rowing is a great workout because it is low-impact and works your entire body. It will help you to build a strong back, legs, arms, abs, and butt.
This product has proven to be sturdy and durable over months of use. It is made of steel and feels very solid when using it. It folds up when you are not using it and has built-in wheels so that you can move it around easily. However, the chrome and wood make this product attractive enough that I usually do not mind leaving it out in my home.
The monitor is handy because it displaces calories burned, distance, time, and speed so that you can track your workouts. It also shows the number of strokes you have taken so you can try to beat your previous goal each day. The monitor has large numbers that are easy to see while in use.
The seat on this rower is molded to fit your butt so it is comfortable to sit on during your workout. With my old rower, I had to put a pillow on the seat because it hurt after awhile.
I especially like using rowers that use wind-fan resistance because the breeze from the device keeps you cool while exercising. This is great so that you do not need to use a fan or air conditioner during the hot summer months.
The product was pretty tricky to put together and took me about an hour. The directions were not clear and some small pieces were missing so I had to go to the hardware store to pick them up. The rower makes some low, scraping noises which you will want to keep in mind if you plan to watch TV or do anything else while using it.
I enjoy using this product because it is well-built and quiet. The size is perfect for my small apartment. I would recommend this product to any average exerciser who wants a reasonably priced machine for their home.
