Apart from looking sleek and compact, the Stamina Magnetic Resistance Upright Bike somehow feels different from all the other stationary bikes I have used in the past. First of all, it is more comfortable than the standard stationary bike. The Stamina Magnetic Resistance Upright Bike has a padded seat which is adjustable as well. I did not mind sitting on it for an hour because the seat is actually oversized. This addressed my problems with exercise bikes: the stiff seats and the distance of the seat from the pedals.
The Stamina Magnetic Resistance Upright Bike is also surprisingly challenging to use. It has six preset programs. It has a fat burning program, a maximum fat burn program, aerobic program, hills, interval training and a mountain setting. The handles are quite comfortable too. Apart from being ergonomic, they also have built-in heart rate sensors. These sensors take your pulse so that you can monitor your hear rate while working out.
Do not worry about your thighs and calves bulking up with the Stamina Magnetic Resistance Upright Bike. It actually has eight resistance settings so that you can put it at the lowest resistance and still get a proper workout. The Stamina Magnetic Resistance Upright Bike comes with a built-in computer console. The console has a user-friendly LCD screen that keeps track of your time, calories, speed, distance and heart rate. The Stamina Magnetic Resistance Upright Bike is incredibly convenient too because it has a storage tray for your drinking cups and the console also serves as a book stand for magazines and newspapers that you may want to read while working out. Perhaps I was mistaken about stationary bicycles because the Stamina Magnetic Resistance Upright Bike is actually a joy to use and gives an amazing workout as well.
