You can stand for something
Come to a standstill
You can just stand
You can have a lemonade stand
Or even a bandstand
Maybe a grandstand
You can be outstanding
Or a bystander
You can understand
Or misunderstand
even do handstands
be standoffish
But please don't say
You can't stand me…

After 3+ days of no power, no heat, no Internet or cell phone service - the only thing I can't stand right now are these freak snowstorms that strike at the end of October when we are not prepared! cheers
