Stand O'food Game Review

Stand O'food Computer Game

Stand O'food is a new game that is available for download online and is played on the computer. If you have ever played games such as Mystic Inn and Flower Shop then you should be used to the familiar format.

Stand O'food and other games like it are simple enough to play. A customer comes up to the counter and in a thought bubble they request what they want. You just have to look at the picture of each Stand O'food customer and put together their order exactly the way they ordered it. In the game play of Stand O'food you are making burgers and sandwiches, so you just have to make the sandwich correctly.

As in most games Stand O'food allows you to use the money that you have made to make purchases. When Stand O'food starts you have the basic requirements to making sandwiches and fulfilling orders and as the money rolls in you can make an upgrade. The objects that you can upgrade include an air conditioner, a jukebox, plates, and stove. You can also choose to buy condiments which is a good idea because with the condiments you can charge more for your burger.

Stand O'food has over 80 different types of sandwiches that will eventually need to be made to satisfy your customers. Stand O'food as features over 100 levels which is necessary in my opinion since the game is so easy.

The only part of Stand O'food that might seem to be a challenge is trying to get the orders right as the burgers get taller. Another problem are the different conveyor belts that hold the different food pieces. Sometimes when you have built a few burgers you will realize that you have trapped yourself in a corner. The next piece that you need could be two, three or even five spaces behind other food products. The plate on the counter helps when you get into that situation.

The graphics of Stand O'food was pretty good and after playing the game for almost a week I noticed that the movement of the characters was very smooth. The game itself appears to be longer than some other similar computer games that I have played which is surprising because it is pretty easy to pass each level. Stand O'food is not at all challenging which could make it a failure where its predecessors have succeeded.

Stand O'food is a good game to play if you are bored and have nothing better to do but it is not a game that makes me want to play for hours. It eventually gets boring as you are doing the same thing over and over again with nothing really new in between except for bigger and different sandwiches every now and then. Stand O'food just does not have the same fun and excitement like Diner Dash and even Mystery Case Files.

  • Stand O'food is ok but it is not a great game.
  • It is easy to mix up ingredients and make the wrong burger.
  • Customer lines are longer than other similar games.
Stand O'food is not a game that will make you want to play for very long. It either becomes to easy and repetitive or you get trapped by the conveyor belt and simply get frustrated.
