Outfits- There are two different ways that you can go: traditional or eccentric. The traditional outfits for a Star Wars wedding are to have the groom dress as a Jedi knight and the bride dress as Princess Leia, Padme, or Amidala. If traditional is a little boring for you, you can walk down the aisle dressed as Darth Vader and your groomsmen can be Imperial guards, Stormtroopers, or (if the groomsmen all are Star Wars fans) their favorite bounty hunters from Empire Strikes Back. For the bride, depending upon the locale, she can walk down the aisle as Princess Leia in her slave girl outfit from Return of the Jedi (if your groom is willing to be Jabba the Hutt, this can be more effective).
The ceremony/vows- Write your own vows to be recited. Substitute words within the ceremony to give it more of an intergalatic feel. A word of warning though, if you are getting married at a court house, the justice of the peace may need to take out anything about Jedis that you may want to have recited, since it is a recognized religion.
If you are going with a Jedi theme for the groomsmen, buy some toy light sabers and walk down the aisle through a light saber archway.
Decorations- If you're not getting married at a court house, decorate where you're getting married in the style of one of your favorite scenes from the Star Wars universe. Many people would go with the woodland setting of Endor. If you want something a little more unique, well nothing says romance like the sand dunes of Tattoine.
Music- For marching down the aisle, you can go traditional with the normal wedding march. If you want the music to match up with the theme, then you could play 'The Throne Room', the song played at the end of A New Hope. If the groom is going down the aisle as Darth Vader, then the Imperial March is the way to go. For the reception, the obvious choices are the Cantina Band song from A New Hope and anything by the Sy Snootles band from Return to the Jedi.
Food- Have fun coming up with names for the food on your menu. Chewbacca Chicken, Ewok Etouffe, Salacious Crumb Salad are some of the ideas for the names to put on the menu. As for a wedding cake topper, unless you have a unique specialty store in your area, the best bet to find one is on Ebay.
Depending upon your budget for your wedding, the sky is the limit to how far you want to go. I hope that some of these ideas will work for you. Have fun and congratulations on your impending wedding!
