Starbucks Raises Prices on Drinks

Visiting Starbucks is part of thousands of American's daily routine. Starbucks is the most successful coffee shop specializing in caffinated drinks, teas, lattes, pastries, and lunch items. The prices for the drinks have always been a bit steep but now they are about to get even steeper as Starbucks has implemented a new plan in 2010 that has caused a spike in prices. The new plan will raise prices in large major markets in the U.S and in Canada.

Starbucks has decided to raise it's prices based upon how complex or not complex their drinks are. For example, if you are a fan of add ons then you are out of luck. A shot of expresso went from 55 cents to 70. The total cost of some of your favorite drinks will see about a fifty cent to one dollar increase total.

If plain coffee is your drink of choice then you are in luck because due its simplicity the price will be lowered by ten cents.
