In the middle of the Universe
I rest
My mind is on the stardust
Fickle me
Thinking I have found it in my eye
The twinkle
The sparkle
Of creation
I rest
My mind is on the stardust
Fickle me
Thinking I have found it in my eye
The twinkle
The sparkle
Of creation
I hope that some day I will understand
How it all began
Where it has gone right
If ever it went wrong
Then, maybe I would be
Lifted
Propped up in such a way that I will be
Untouched
Unscathed by the persistent
Pestering of life
And its troubling antics
