Against the backdrop of the midnight sky, the stars their roles perform;
But would we delight in their twinkle so bright in the sunlight, white and warm?
They sparkle and shine, make lovers opine, by the light of the silvery moon;
It's the darkness they need,anyone would agree, to stir young hearts to spoon.
We are all stars in a drama our own, though a tragedy it may be;
In the bleakness our inner candescence appears - the best that we can be.
