Tip one is to drink plenty of water. Our bodies are made up of mostly water and they thrive on it. Water not only nourishes the inside, but the outside too. Our skin needs that internal water intake. Water makes our skin smooth and keeps it from being dry. Make sure you get those eight glasses of water a day and you will see the difference it makes. You will have more energy and you will see less blemishes and brighter skin!
Tip number two is to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. Just like water these foods help the body inside as well as outside. Fruits and vegetables are full of vitamins and antioxidants that can make us healthy all over. They can help clear up acne, they can fight fatigue (which will help keep those dark bags from forming under your eyes) and they can even help keep your body slim and slender, which is definitely beautiful!
Tip number three is to cut out sugar, salt and fried foods. Sugar can lead to tooth decay, for starters, which makes for an unattractive smile. Salt can make us puffy and bloated, just to name a couple of it's nasty side effects. And fried foods do not just add fat to your frame, it also can be a cause in some of the acne and skin oiliness you may be experiencing.
Tip number four is to exercise. Fitness helps inside and out. Being fit makes our metabolism run better, it helps our skin look more beautiful and it gives us a fit frame. Not everyone can look like a supermodel, curves are great. But it is important in the long run to be a healthy weight and to keep your middle to a medium, this lessens your risk of heart disease, stroke and even diabetes.
And finally, tip number five is to laugh. Laugh and live life happy. Stress and frowning gives us wrinkles. Stress also can lead to overeating and eating unhealthy. Stress also drains our energy and we definitely need energy if we are going to be beautiful, don't we?!
