State of the Union - or Just More Bold Faced Lies

Over the past year we've heard this president talk about the economy, and jobs a lot, but what has he really done, to this point he has created that biggest deficit in the history of this country, and let's not even mention the double digit jobless rate.

Well unless your talking about just a few states in the country, the average unemployment rate hovers around 10%, even the state that I live in Utah is at 6.5%, which is up 2.5% over the average, usually Utah is one of the best places to be when you talk about the jobless rate.

Nebraska and South Dakota have the lowest unemployment rates in the country, but even at that rate you have to consider the economy, oh yeah the president will make a bunch of bold promises to the people, all of which will more then likely be s lot of hot air.

He will say whatever he thinks that it will take to rebuild his popularity, because we all know the office of president isn't about running the country, it's all about how popular you are as you do it, we all know the the all knowing Obama can do nothing wrong.

It's about time to pull your heads out of the sand, and really listen to what the omnipotent says in his state of the union speech tonight, make him hold to any promises that he make to help the economy, not by means of more money spent either.

Listen for keywords such as lowering taxes, things designed to help businesses hire more people, because in the end it all comes down to the economy, and the business in this country, I happen to agree with a few other people who say that Obama is an anti-business president.

I think this is one of those things that people should pay close attention to if they want jobs, and careers to be safe, if Obama keeps moving along the route that he seems to be taking, you'll find that less and less businesses will have employment opportunities for you.

There will be more layoffs, as he presses his agenda through the channels, we all know that numbers lie a lot, and that they can be manipulated as they need them to, but the unemployment rate affects us in such a profound way that it really can't be smoothed over.

Obama hates business, and he hate capitalism, the two things that make this country run, our president is against, if your a small business owner you can't possibly like the idea of socialism, I know you don't want to do all of the work so your profits can be redistributed to a person who doesn't want to work.

I seem to remember a time when this country was of the people, by the people, and for the people, now we all seem to buy in to the popularity contest that the office of president runs, it's how pretty he looks, how nice his family looks, and if they are trendy.

The office of president at one time was the man who was a true American, the man who loved his country, we haven't had this for a long time, but our newest president is a step down from even the last one, his preacher says "God Damn America" yeah he's a wonderful guy.

Just watch the state of the union speech tonight, and be sure to write down the promises that he makes, and as they come true mark them off of the list, if you had done this during his campaign you'd still have over 80% of them on the list, and the others would be iffy.
