Steak 'n Shake Birthday Freebie Available Via E-Mail

Free Cheeseburger for Making it Through Another Year

Drew Taylor
Steak 'n Shake's everyday menu is very affordable, but coupons from the eClub make it a remarkably cheap dining destination. Members of the club regularly receive coupons and special offers via e-mail. The restaurant also celebrates birthdays by sending a coupon for a free meal.

Join the eClub
Get freebies and special offers via e-mail by joining the eClub on the restaurant website. The simple signup form includes room to add up to three children's birthdays and one other special occasion to receive celebratory offers.

The birthday freebie recently consisted of a free double cheeseburger meal. Valued at $4, it is not a huge savings, but the redemption terms are very generous compared to similar birthday clubs. It does not require any additional purchase and the extended expiration date allows members nearly a whole month to receive their free birthday meal.

Save Money with Steak 'n Shake Coupons and Specials
Even if it is not your birthday, there are many ways to save money while dining out. Various coupons are regularly available in the coupon section of the Sunday newspaper.

One section of the menu features four meals that cost less than $4 each. The options include three burgers and a chicken finger plate complete with thin and crispy fries.

Half-price shakes and drinks are available on weekdays during Happy Hour, from 2 to 4 PM and 2 to 4 AM.

On weekends, the restaurant also offers a free kids' meal with each $8 purchase.

Temporary promotions are another way to make the most of your dining dollars. Check the Steak 'n Shake website for current promotions.
