Steps for a Successful Autoresponder Campaign

Before you decide to use an autoresponder service to help on your company customer service or marketing campaign, you need to know how to use it properly. Autoresponders are very popular because they offer excellent features like the ability to respond automatically requests from your prospective customers. You will also have the ability to build a list more efficiently. In order to do this, you must give something to your prospect to subscribe to your mailing list. This can be a small e-book, advice on dating, marketing, sports or whatever your niche is offering.

Once your prospect joins your list, it is time to give them the information they want. For this you must write 5 to 8 different messages about the information they requested and the business you are promoting. The messages should not be mailed at once of course, you must distribute them over a period of several days to remind your audience of your product.

Your messages could follow the following example so you can start sensing emails right away:

The first message must be sent immediately after your prospect signs in. Include the information you offered, or better yet, a teaser of the information they wanted. Give them clues and then point them to your website where they can find more info about the subject and whatever you are promoting. Encourage them to ask you if they have any questions because you will come across as more concerned and human.

Then wait a couple of days before sending the second message. This message should elaborate more in your products or services. Tell your lead why it is better than the competition's and list the benefits of using it. Include again a link to your website.

2 or 3 days later send the third message. Offer a money-making opportunity, a special discount, a promo, and ask for them to contact you. Leave a link again.

Wait for a couple days more and send the fourth. Remind them of the opportunity they have with your product and the special discounts you are offering for a limited time. Explain briefly your product again and include the always necessary link to your website.

For the fifth message wait a little longer. Wait from 4 to 5 days more and remind your prospect of the amazing product you have and the quality of your customer support. Suggest again that your product is the right for them and include your link again.

A couple days more sent another message with success stories, testimonials and "proof" that your product works. Show before and after people of fat people if your product is about fitness, or a paragraph of someone going from broke to rich in a year; whatever helps you sell your product. Then offer a link.

This approach will increase your sales and the trust your prospects have in you, so use autoresponders every chance you get.
