Steve Madden Pummp

A new additon to women's high heeled footwear coming into the fall season of 2011 is the Steve Madden Pummp. No it is not a typo, this is the actual name of the shoe. To describe this ladies pump basically would be to say that it is a platform style pump that is right in line with current trends, but when someone actually looks it over it can defy words. It is such a smooth and feminine style that it could be considered to be the ultimate ladies heeled pump that every woman will want. It is made of beautiful leather, with a 5 inch heel and an inch for the platform. It is available in a couple of colors at this point including black and brown, and has a retail price of around $90.

While I would most strongly recommend this particular pump, there are nevertheless some other similar styles that could be compared in looks and features:

ALDO Lewi Platform Pump:

While this pump style has overall a similar look to the Steve Madden Pummp, there are some differences. The Lewi is available in different color versions and it has a visible seam between the platform and the upper. The heel height is a bit lower than the Pummp having about 4.5 inches, and the platform is the same at one inch. It comes in Red and Black colors and has a retail price of around $90.

BCBGeneration Jodie High Heel Platform Pump:

The Jodie from BCBGeneration is another lovely platform pump style, again with some differences when compared to the Pummp from Steve Madden yet overall a very similar look. The height dimensions of the heel and the platform are identical yet there is a visible seam with this shoe as well compared to a smoother style of the Pummp. This shoe is constructed from fine suede, comes in a couple of warm colors and has a retail price of around $90.

Luichiny Lights Out Platform Pump:

Other than the Madden Pummp, the Lights Out style from Luichiny is my favorite on this list. It has a lovely smooth look like the Pummp and the look of the high heel is quite similar having a sort of squared off or thicker appearance. There are quite a number of colors that this pump comes in including some brighter shades of blue and red, as well as black and more. It has a retail price of around $95.

If you are seeking out a gorgeous platform pump, I would most highly recommend the Steve Madden Pummp but the other styles on the list might be preferred due to the slightly different dimensions and additional color selections.
