Steven Seagal's Bizarre Request of Employees

Joyce Carole
Steven Seagal is in a heap of trouble. Ever since the $1 million lawsuit, filed by former personal assistant, Kayden Nguyen hit stories about Seagal and his track record as an employer have been all over the news. We have heard that Seagal has a strange sexual peccadillo. We have heard that Seagal has allegedly kept two young Russian women as "sex slaves". We have even heard stories that Seagal once made actress, Jenny McCarthy cry with his requests. What could possibly be next?

Steven Seagal Made His Assistants Remove his...

Shoes! According to the latest report on TMZ.com, Steven Seagal allegedly requests at the start of each day, that his personal assistant get down on the floor to untie and remove his shoes. Apparently, Seagal takes care of removing his socks himself. This is the latest rather bizarre story to have surfaced concerning the actor and his treatment of employees. What can we gather from this account? If it is true, certainly no crime is committed with this rather bizarre request. It does lend us to question the type of employer that Seagal was. Asking female employees to remove his shoes can be viewed as domineering and chauvinistic at the least. Some may even say that it crosses the line to harassment.

Steven Seagal's Legal Trouble

There still appears to be no word on the identity of the two Russian attendants. Kayden Nguyen, who is a twenty-three-year-old former model as well as the former personal assistant of Seagal, has received some harsh criticism as well from the tabloids. Seagal, via comments from his attorney, denies all of the allegations stated against him in the lawsuit filed by Kayden Nguyen.
