5lb pkg wingettes or drumettes
1 bottle ketchup
1 jar apricot-pineapple preserves
5 Tbsp honey(optional)
garlic powder(desired amount)
dash of salt and pepper
mix ketchup, preserves, honey, garlic powder and salt and pepper in mixing bowl. dump package of wingettes(or drumettes) into the mixing bowl and cover completely with ketchup-preserves mixture. let marinade 2-4 hours. preheat oven to 350 degrees. line a deep baking dish with foil and lay each wingette(or drumette) length wise in dish. dump remaining contents of bowl into the dish and cook 2-3 hours.(also good for sports parties)
