Stix - A Review of This Fine Dinning Establishment in Kansas City

The Legends at Village West in Kansas City has a lot of fine dinning choices for its patrons but if you are in the mood for some good food and fun then the choice is simple, Stix is the place to eat. Stix is a three in one dining experience where you can choose from sushi, Chinese or Japanese food. The food is excellent and the service is even better, if you want great food and a fun atmosphere then you must come eat at Stix.

Stix offers three choices when you are dining with them, you can sit down to a typical Chinese meal where you can choose from mild Cantonese dishes or you can get the spicy and rich Szechuan or even the sweet and sour flavors of Mandarin. What ever your choice you will find a wide variety of the classic Chinese dishes to choose from, each one is more delectable then the other.

They don't stop at Chinese dishes they also offer a wide variety of sushi to choose from. You can view the many choices through the frosty glass showcases at the sushi bar which holds the freshest, fish and seafood around. You can watch a master chef prepare an artfully designed plate of your favorite sushi selections. You can choose by the piece or you can ask about the chefs special combos which ever you choose you will be served up with some of the best sushi you have ever tasted.

Last but not least is the teppanyaki grill or more commonly known as the Hibachi grills where you will be served and entertained by classically trained chefs. These guys are the best around at food and fun, they will keep you in awe and they slice and dice your steak, chicken, seafood and veggies. Be ready for some flames, juggling, and flying shrimp. These guys really know how to entertain a crowd and will make your dinning experience exhilarating and amazing.

Not only are the Hibachi grills a fun way to be served but the food is amazing. The 500 degree grills locking in the flavors and juices which results in tender and succulent meals. My favorite is the KC Strip but they also have chicken, fish, shrimp, scallops and lobster. With every meal you get a garden salad some onion soup and those flying shrimp I was talking about (which they call a shrimp appetizer).

What ever choice you make when coming to Stix it is sure to be a good choice. The food is always good and every time I have come here everyone has a good time.
