If you have a crafter in your life - chances are you are looking for stocking stuffer ideas for their Christmas. Well there are some great ideas for winning stocking stuffers that are sure to please. Crafters are creative people that especially like any item they can use to make something out of, or get inspiration from. Here are some stocking stuffer ideas that will make any crafter on your list merry with delight when they open up their Christmas stocking!

To make their stocking extra pretty, it can be a lot of fun to gift wrap everything you put in their stocking. Use the extra gift wrapping paper left over from gift wrapping other presents so you have a variety of papers and textures and colors. Or you can buy single sheets of gift wrap at the craft store while you are picking up their stocking stuffers.

Fiskar scissors. These are popular with many crafters, especially those who do paper crafts like scrapbooking, cardmaking and decoupage. Fiskar scissors come in a variety of different cutting shapes so crafters can create lots of designs with each different pair of scissors. Most crafters have one or two pairs of these scissors, but they probably don't have all of them. Getting them a pair or two of these scissors would be a very welcomed gift.

Ornament crafts. You can find these at a craft store; they have kits of ornaments that people can make. Some of the more popular ornaments for adults to make include pretty beaded ornaments - a lot of them look like snowflakes. These are very pretty and a lot of fun to make. Usually they come about four ornaments or six ornaments to a package.

Stickers. Many crafters like to use stickers for different purposes. Some use them when they send out cards that they have made, others use them with scrapbooking and some just like to use stickers for other creative craft purposes. There are so many types of stickers that you can simply look for something that will suit the crafter's personality and you are certain to find the perfect sheets of stickers they will like.

Mini sketch pad. Most crafters are always on the lookout for inspiration wherever they go. A mini sketch pad is great to have in your pocket or purse so you can write or sketch things out as they occur to you. This captures the idea immediately and then you can act on it later when you have time. Actually if you know a crafter, you might want to get them several mini sketch pads - this item will be used pretty quickly.

Colored pencils with a sharpener. These a crafter can use with the mini sketch pad to flesh out their ideas. It is great to fill in colors and designs for what you would like to create next, really make it come alive. Color is such a powerful creative tool. It is best if you can find colored pencils that come in a self-contained case of some kind.

Magazine subscription. There are many crafting subscriptions available. Martha Stewart Living is a magazine that many crafters like to read. So is Paper Crafts and Crafts n'Things. If you do a Google.com for the craft your crafty friend or family member does and the word "subscription" then magazine titles will come up.
