The first time I saw the commercial for Strap Perfect, I had one of those light bulb moments. Strap Perfect seemed like the perfect solution to my problem. I don't wear racer-back shirts or tank tops, but I knew right away that these little gadgets would be the perfect solution for my slipping straps, especially in this economy. Sure, I could go out and by new cheap bras, but they wouldn't last more than a couple months before the underwire would start slipping out or the fabric would start wearing in the wash. I don't live near a mall, and bras are the one thing I won't buy online. To me, it made more sense to drop $10 on the Strap Perfect system, but I procrastinated because I had yet to read a review about it.
My husband bought a box of Strap Perfect strap holders this morning on a whim after spotting them at our local CVS drug store. For a while now, I have been complaining about the bra straps on some of my older Victoria's Secret bras. About a year after I purchased bras in bulk from Victoria's Secret, the bra straps started falling down on both sides. Constantly pulling my bra straps up was beginning to annoy me.
When my husband came home with the box of Strap Perfect strap holders, I was already wearing one of the above-mentioned older bras and was eager to try it out. The box comes with six plastic Strap Perfect holders, two in clear, two in nude, and two in black. The holders are well made and not flimsy or cheap. Attaching my bra straps to the gadget was simple and quick, and pushing it down towards the center of my back was surprisingly easy as well (I was suspecting some sort of resistance).
For the first time in several months, I felt truly comfortable in that bra. The straps went into a racer-back formation, and they were much tighter, but not too tight. On a side note, Strap Perfect promises that usage will add a cup size instantly. Now, I wouldn't say I gained a cup size necessarily, but "the girls" were pulled back up to where they were supposed to be. It was like wearing a brand new bra. I ran out to my husband and asked his opinion about the cup size issue, and he said he definitely saw a difference. Bonus!
I only have one tiny complaint, and it's not really a complaint. Since Strap Perfect essentially turns your bra into a racer-back style, it's not really compatible with scoop neck tops. Since the bra straps are closer to the neck, they can be seen while wearing a scoop neck top, or any shirt with a loose neck. On the other hand, the straps are tighter and one might be able to shift them around to make the look work. Perhaps this is one reason why Strap Perfect also comes with Invisible Style Tape.
I highly recommend Strap Perfect bra strap concealer to any woman who deals with slipping bra straps on a regular basis. Even if you're just looking for that extra lift, Strap Perfect is for you.

Post a Commentbra extenders are also useful for tight bra bands... i got one from http://www.yourlingerieaccessories.com/bra-extenders.html
Bought these at Wal-Mart($9.99 for a box of 6). I loved the way they worked, but 3 out of the 6 broke within the first 3 weeks. Save your money and just buy a pack of bra extenders to hold your bra straps in place. It is cheaper and lasts longer.
Yes, they definitely sell your information. Ever since I ordered them I keep getting harassing phone calls claiming to be offering me a gift from Visa. They quote the last four digits of the credit card that I used to buy strap perfect (I have never used that card to purchase anything online before, and these calls started after I purchased online).
I ordered the strap perfect. I used them 2 times and both times they broke. I would not recommend these AT ALL.
I have a complaint - although not about the product itself. Do not order this online through strap perfect - they have a check box that says they will not sell your info to 3rd parties. Unfortunately (and I was positive I had that box checked) and still I had scam artists call me shortly after and strange membership cards coming in the mail from groups like "Great Fun" which will charge your credit card without your knowledge. In any case, hopefully this comment helps someone else in keeping an eye out for these scams.
I just ordered some of these from Ebay. I am happy to know that they do a nice job and am excited about receiving them.
The CVS near our house started carrying as seen on TV items about a year ago. I love being able to try those gadgets out without worrying about shipping costs or hidden replacement costs. :)
I'm glad you wrote this review. I've been thinking about buying strap perfect. Didn't know they carried it at CVS! :)
