Strawberry and Pomegranate Antibacterial Liquid Hand Soap (A Delta Brands Product)

Strawberry and Pomegranate Antibacterial Liquid Hand Soap, which is distributed by Delta Brands, comes in a clear bottle that is roughly the shape of a flat football with one end cut off. Like most hand soaps it comes with the little dispenser pump on top. There is a clear sticker on the front with a picture of strawberries and pomegranates, and a few strawberry flowers, giving it a fresh springtime look. The back sticker has an image of little pink bubbles that peek though the soap. The package tells us that Strawberry and Pomegranate Antibacterial Liquid Hand Soap is enriched with Vitamin E and pH balanced for "soft and gentle hands". (A little bit grammatically off perhaps, which may point to its origin in Turkey, but it gets the idea across.)

I think it's funny that even hand soap is following the pomegranate trend. I can't really discern any pomegranate in the scent of Strawberry and Pomegranate Antibacterial Liquid Hand Soap. It does, however, have a light, fresh scent that smells vaguely strawberry-ish in the same way that Strawberry Suave shampoo does (but not even that strong). The color of this soap is a light bright pink (also similar to Strawberry Suave).

We have a lot of pets, so I end up washing my hands a lot. Strawberry and Pomegranate Antibacterial Liquid Hand Soap is nice and gentle. It does a good job of cleaning my hands but doesn't dry out my skin. It smells nice, but the smell doesn't linger, which I like in a soap. I also love that Strawberry and Pomegranate Antibacterial Liquid Hand Soap isn't tested on animals. This is a quality I am willing to pay a bit extra for, so finding a 13.5 ounce bottle of antibacterial hand soap that only costs a dollar and isn't animal tested is a big bonus!

We discovered "Strawberry and Pomegranate Antibacterial Liquid Hand Soap" at Dollar Tree over a year ago and we still buy it there today. So, unlike some products that come and go at Dollar Tree, this one seems to have staying power.
