Once you have a chance to unwind, you may feel the need for a little adventure. Just up the road from the Strawhouse, you will find the Solid Rock and Raft Company. They offer thrilling class-three whitewater river trips that will make your heart race as you jet through churning icy water, navigating rapids with names like "the fishtail".

The trip in total is eight miles long and lasts for about three hours. The crew can drop you off right at the steps of the Strawhouse Resort at the end of your ride if you like.
