Stray Underwood Announces Break Down of Image and Express Shopping Network Deal

Stray Underwood, CEO of Express Shopping Network (ESN : ACE), announced yesterday that a deal between ESN(ACE) and Image (IMG : ACE) could not be finalized.

"On the up side, because of delays in the development of the HUD, we have been able to secure shipping to to all major countries, and many smaller ones so our real world products will truly be able to ship to just about anyplace on the planet." Underwood said in the official press release, "Although from the start I said development of the HUD is the most important aspect, and I would not release it until it was done and 100% secure we are now looking at ways to speed up the development without compromising the security of the system. We have also come to the decision that at the end of every fiscal year we will hold a gala, during which awards for excellence in many different categories will be presented. We will have more details on the gala, awards, and prizes once we hammer out the details."

ESN(ACE) will now begin looking for another company to work with on their store branding.

ESN(ACE) is currently in a Secondary Public Offering, with slightly more than 210,000 shares still available for L$1.00.
