Stress is yet another thing that we, as humans, all have in common. People everywhere feel stress. Stress is a normal part of our everyday lives. Stress can be a good thing. A motivator of sorts. Stress can also make you very ill.

A persons day to day life alone can create enough stress to keep them going. This is good stress. People need a bit of stress. The stress over the need of money keeps people going to work each day. The stress of kids acting up keeps parents wanting to be the best parents they can be, and to learn more about discipline. The stress of an old home keeps homeowners always in the mind frame of home improvement. See? Stress can keep us on our toes. It can actually help us to do what we need to do. Healthy stress is normal and is a spark that lights productivities fire.

Healthy stress feels a little stressful. A person may worry a little. They may be a bit frustrated for a little while until a solution is reached or action is taken. When people feel healthy stress the best thing they can do is call up a friend and talk the stresses through, brainstorming for healthy, logical solutions. Healthy stress doesn't feel healthy, no, it feels like stress, but the end result of the stress is very healthy and positive.

Unhealthy stress occurs from unhealthy situations. A too demanding job can leave a worker feeling too stressed. An unstable marriage can create great amounts of stress as can any unhealthy relationship. Conditions of poverty can also create stress that is extreme. When all of these conditions are added on top of the other the result is way too much unhealthy stress.

Healthy stress feels a little bad for a little while then gets better. Unhealthy stress makes one feel insane and out of control. Unhealthy stress can cause severe migraines, shakes, nausea, vomiting, IBS, hot and cold flashes, and can up your risks for heart disease. Unhealthy stress makes the body strain, working much harder than it should both mentally and physically. This can create many symptoms and even many health problems. A great number of conditions, ailments, and diseases are caused and provoked by stress alone.

The only way to deal with, and eliminate unhealthy stress is to do just that...deal with it and eliminate it. An unhealthy relationship stressing you out to this extreme? End the relationship. Living in poverty got you this worked up? Make it better! Get a good job and get out of poverty. All problems have solutions. Unhealthy stress is caused by problems. Solve the problems to eliminate the stress. This is much easier said than done, I know. All problems can be solved though, will a little bit of brainstorming and some decision making.
