Stretching will also help to keep you from having muscle cramps and pain after a real hard workout or exercise. Stretching is also a good thing to do before a workout or exercise, to help you keep from pulling a muscles. That is why I stretch before I workout. I would pull muscles all the time and now I don`t because I stretch. So now I can have an hard workout without pulling any muscles.
Some muscles to stretch are rear thighs, lower back, and shoulder muscles. When stretching remember first don`t stretch until you feel pain. Pain is a sign that you went to far with your stretching. Stretch slow and don`t jerk when you stretch.
