Whether you are teaching a dance class or working on your own to improve your flexibility, any dance stretch is easier when you have stretching music to listen to. Everybody has their own preferences when it comes to stretching music, but I've noticed that most dancers prefer chill music. This makes sense-quieter music can help to relax you farther into your dance stretch.
With the amount of time I spend stretching on my own and doing many a dance stretch while teaching, I've found that it is easy to get bored with the usual stretching music playlist. As such, I'm always looking for new ideas for stretching music. If you want to begin a new playlist for stretching music or expand an already existing one, check out this chill music.
