Basically then String theory says our whole universe is made up of moving bits of energy. On the large scale we see this truth played out as our galaxy is made up planets, stars, and asteroids, which are of large pieces of energy in motion. On the small scale our earth, and ourselves, are made up of very smaller pieces of energy, such as electrons moving around atoms, neutrons and protons. Everything is bits of energy in motion some big some small. Our physical world then is a symphony of bits of energy dancing in space.
Consider what the Bible says in Heb 11:3; "that which is seen was made from that which is not seen." The Bible is saying there are unseen building blocks just like String theory now teaches us of inconceivably small building blocks, which is to say not seen, that our universe is made from. So basically scientific theory agrees with the Bible teaching that the basic building blocks of nature cannot be seen.
Almost everyone knows the Bible teaches that "God spoke and the there was light," Genesis 1:3. So the voice of God brought things into existence. Now human voice causes unseen molecules to vibrate. With our voices we make sounds and music, but God with His voice caused the unseen building blocks to form into the physical universe we see. Maybe it's similar to when we breathe hot breath out on a cold day, we make clouds we can see with our human eye. The clouds are not solid but are made up of real water particles. Yet when God spoke He maded those unseen building blocks into the physical universe we see.
That our world is vibrating energy makes practical sense, all matter is energy. Water, is vibrating the slowest when frozen, it is in its solid state. Water is vibrating the fastest when it's a vapor or gas state. In one sense then the state of matter can be described by how fastest it is vibrating. So in the beginning God determined how fast each string of energy would vibrate, He determined state of matter.
Now Psalms 29 also says; the Voice of God is powerful, the Voice of the Lord is full of Majesty. This Psalms also says the voice of God causes actions in our world. Jesus did after all calm the sea and raise the dead.
So we see then that science is starting to describe in a detailed mathematical way, what the Bible has been saying in all along. Our whole world, from the tiny unseen things to the huge big things, is an smyphony of energy directed by the voice of God since the beginning.
