Legendary punk rock pioneers Strung Out is currently out on a national US & Canadian Fall headlining tour in support of their most recent release Agents of the Underground, which was released last September on Fat Wreck Chords.

The album was produced by long-time fan Cameron Webb (Social Distortion, Motorhead, Ignite).

Supporting Strung Out on this trek will be Rufio, We Are The Union, Mute, and Larry and His Flask.

Recently named the Fifth Best Punk Drummer in DRUM! Magazine's 2010 DRUMMIES, Strung Out's Jordan Burns rounded out the list right behind Travis Barker (Blink-182), Tre Cool (Green Day), Josh Freese (Weezer, Devo), and Brooks Wackerman (Bad Religion).

His fourth trip to the podium, Jordan had previously placed in the Top Five for three years in a row.

The 10th anniversary of their critically-hailed seminal EP The Element of Sonic Defiance is coming up in November and a historic anniversary show is being planned. Strung Out's signature blend of punk, metal, and hardcore has influenced numerous bands including: Rise Against, Thrice, and Avenged Sevenfold.

Strung Out will be bringing their tour to Smalls in Hamtramck on Wednesday, September 22 at 7 p.m.

Strung Out is Jordan Burns (drums), Jason Cruz (vocals), Jake Kiley (guitar), Rob Ramos (guitar), Chris Aiken (bass).
