Students Reaction to the Sander's Scandal at E.S.U.

The Vice President of my university, Isaac Sanders, has attacked six male African Americans at my school. He sexually molested and sexually harassed them. Then there was a cover-up and money missing and it is all a mess at my school. East Stroudsburg University is an amazing school but now I am not so sure.

The mental anguish on these men lives I can not even comprehend. One of these men was even molested as a child escapes that and come to college to be basically raped by our vice president. I feel so disturbed that this was going on when I was at school and I did not know about it. I did not know that people in my life were in danger of being assaulted by this predator. Then when people started talking and making complaints it was all covered up. He was fired but not right away. Money is missing that could have been used to help me or someone else with scholarships but it went to buy gifts so this man could get in young men's pants.

This all started years ago and it is still going on. The money is being finally investigated but now with the recession and people in need of this money it is going to hurt the school bad. I have a feeling that my school is going to be hurting for a long time to come because of this. I am embarrassed to be a part of this. I still can not believe it has all become so public and is continued on for so long. Those poor men, my poor school, and this poor situation. I want it all to go away for those men's sake. I am so hurt myself by all of this. If I was not graduating soon I might even leave. I have a feeling people will not be applying to this school for a while. He instead bought them items, used his power to get them scholarships, and then used his position to get close to these men. Each men were seeking help and mentor what they got was an older man sexually advancing himself on them.
