When searching for trends, the best place to shop this season might be closer than you think. Because this year fashion has taken a different turn from feminine and flirty, and looks are inspired by laid back casual looks found right in your boyfriend's closet. From cotton v-neck tees, to oversized jackets, these looks are comfortable and in some ways empowering. It makes a statement, that you can look and feel sexy in an effortless way without baring much skin at all. Well look at three trends, to complete a stylish head to toe look that will leave your boyfriend, perhaps questioning his own sexuality.

Cotton V-necks: From LNA to American Apparel, these brands popular for their reliable cottons offer these style shirts in an array of colors. The deep V-neckline adds a subtle flirtatiousness we love. Choose a size slightly larger than you normally would buy, because of course the best way to give it that masculine look is to have it fall loosely on your chest. Wear it tucked in and with a belt, and roll up the cuffs on your short sleeve T's twice for an edgy "T-bird" look.

Boyfriend Blazer: Whether it's vintage and authentic or newly designed by everyone from Ralph Lauren to Theory, the style remains the same; slightly oversized with cuffed sleeves that reveal an interesting lining. Colors and patterns vary, but the most popular ones are featured in black with a white pinstripe lining.

Boyfriend Denim: Just like your boy toy, these jeans are rough around the edges. They're destroyed and slightly oversized for nonchalant look. This style is accepted in both jeans and shorts and is always found cuffed. Almost every great denim designer offers this style to their collection line, from JBrand to Rich & Skinny, and still found in retailers who started the trend years ago like Abercrombie & Fitch.
