Chicago Filmmakers Open Screening is back in operation, and it gets going again with a March 21 start date showing practically anything of a 20 minute duration that comes through the door, except of course, for X-rated material.

Undergroudfilm.org is a non-profit organization that offers online screening opportunities for filmmakers. The website functions as a library of films, screenplays and music. Filmmakers can showcase their work on the website free of charge.
