This is a story of beach trips we went on, when our children were small.

If you are a steadfast Huntington Beach resident, than you know that on July 4th downtown is the place to be.

With research and a year to plan, my niece's wedding on Honeymoon Island beach in Florida went beautifully and without problems.

For the majority of all beach vacation spots you will have your option of three types of lodgings, or rental properties; hotels, condos and beach houses. Each type of rental property has it's advantages and disadvantages.

Too many beach destinations have become just as crowded as the cityscapes we're trying to escape when we head to the ocean for vacation. But one town in N.C. has held on to its rustic charm. A vacation there will take you back to earlier times and refresh your spirit.

Cape May is at the very end of New Jersey, across from Dover Delaware. It boasts a beautiful, clean beach, well-kept victorian inns, and a host of great restaurants.

Many people overlook the incredible bargains at northern Mexico's beach resorts when temperatures often top 100-degrees. My story describes the experience of staying at Paradiso Resort with tips on how to get there and other places to stay.

One of the best festivals to attend with your family is the enchanting and culture-filled Bon Festival at the Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens in Delray Beach, Florida on Saturday, August 12, 2006 from 5pm-9pm.

Some beaches are crowded and littered and you have to cross what feels like acres of hot sand to get there. Not so with the beach at Newport, Oregon. The serenity there is unreal. And better still, they welcome both you and your leashed dog.
