MY CATS

Over the course of 23 years of living with cats I've bought a lot of cat furniture and furnishings. My cats have always shared a favorite piece, though.

Unlike dogs (who will eat anything) cats have standards. Friskies canned cat food measures up in a way store brand canned cat food clearly does not.

As a lifetime cat-companion (to claim cat ownership is novice-speak), I credit myself with nearly fifty years of cat maintenance, top to bottom, as it were. And when it comes to food, I've always headed straight for the Friskies aisle.

I've owned (or been owned by) cats all of my life. All my cats are happy, healthy indoor-outdoor cats. I have used flea collars on the cats. All the cats, except one responded well. Our youngest cat developed a rash while wearing a flea collar.

Let's face it, our cats or dogs have a way of making us feel guilty if we don't share a bite of our food or drink with them. Stay strong and say no to certain drinks or foods cats should never eat no matter how much they beg.
