June 5, 2010 Grayton Beach made huge strides to protect precious dune lake waters. Check out strides against BP devistation from a locals point of view, as oil is expected to hit 30A.

I decided to take a drive down to the beach to see for myself, and it is not a pretty sight! The beach is covered with oil at a time that it should be covered with people.

South Brohard Park & Beach is more secluded than the other beaches in Venice Florida, because not many people visit it, compared to some of the other beaches along this shoreline. The water is the same, it's just at a different location than the others.

Fort Lauderdale Beach

Jones Beach is a very popular beach that is actually a state park on a barrier island south of Long Island, New York. You can get there by taking the Meadowbrook Parkway or Wantagh Parkway, South, to the end - to Ocean Parkway.

The California beach is illuminated by the sun's rays as a couple rides horseback across the beautiful sand. The water shimmers under the bridge.
