In 1893 Henry H. "Shorty Scout" Zietz opened the Buckhorn Exchange restaurant. The restaurant is the oldest in Denver and also serves as a museum to Zietz escapades. Zietz ran with Buffalo Bill. Located at 1000 Osage St. 303-534-9505.
