GARDEN LIFE

I am excited to share pictures of my growing garden, my first of my adult life! It takes a lot of TLC, but it's very rewarding, as we always have vegetables to eat and flowers to look at!

Pink Floyd's legendary album "The Wall" is celebrating its 30th Anniversary this year. Primary songwriter Roger Waters has brought the amazing album and concert production back to life with stunning success.

When I moved back from New York 35 years ago, I lived in the servants' cottage at the end of the block from my parents' house. Mile & wine crinums bloomed at the back door. They have bloomed in my heart ever since.

A beautiful series of statues, fall colors; Winter is coming. Soon the plants will be gone but the statues will wait for the spring.

Unexpected five minute mini hail storm in Denver this morning. These things are always blown out of proportion on the news. Will my relatives be calling me to make sure I'm alright? Who knows?

Iris are tough plants that can often be seen blooming away, in their full glory, around old long-abandoned farmsteads, so if you've neglected planting those spring rhizomes for months it still may not be too late!
