The Northwest School of Wooden Boatbuilding (NWSWB), in Port Hadlock, Washington, is one of the more unique vocational schools in the world. Tours are available and well worth the visit!

Plumstead Township was doused with eight inches of snow on March 2nd, closing all nearby schools and many businesses. A perfect opportunity for extra play time for Woody, adopted dog from Last Chance Ranch.

Ice and snow pelted SE Ohio this week, closing schools and knocking thousands out of power.

Twenty inches of snow blanketed the city of Columbus and literally shut it down for two days. Schools, all businesses in the area were closed. WE were at a Level 2 emergency so there was nothing moving except the snow plows.

Finally they got the word "God" out of the Pledge of Allegiance. Now all School Children can be forced to recite it.
