Late Friday, March 14 and overnight into Saturday a savage tornado ripped into Atlanta and surrounding areas. The damage left the downtown area torn apart and filled with debris and glass. Many streets and business are closed while major clean up efforts are underway.

My husband and I have been married for almost fourteen years. We love to travel and Atlanta is close by. History, baseball, no kids.. what more could a person ask for. Oh, and did I mention they have a huge Jimmy Carter statue at the Capitol??
