The community of Shelley, Idaho celebrates the Potato every year in September on what is known as Spud Day. The tuber is the main crop for the farmers in the area.

Idaho Falls Idaho has improved the walking path along the Snake River each year making the greenbelt longer and even better. Here are some of the sites seen when walking along the river.

The 2011 state fair of Eastern Idaho in Blackfoot was good as usual.

Sunsets are beautiful where ever they are, but here in Eastern Idaho they are often spectacular. I love enjoying a peaceful sunset.

Caldwell Idaho experienced the most snowfall in 24 hours since 2002 on 11-30-10. Most of the local residents were snowed in under 8-10 inches. I made it out after 5 days.

Sheep Hunt with Bryan Moore in Idaho Unit 27-1. Weather was bad and I was stranded two extra days. Bryan stayed after I left and finally got into rams, but didn't get a shot. Fellow hunter Jerome got a nice ram.
