LaMont Does Park outdoor swimming pool wraps up its season by hosting a dog-only swim in the pool from 4-6 PM on Labor Day. All dogs must have current vaccinations. Entry is $5.00 per dog.

My brother competed in the Washington Half Ironman Triathlon; a 1.2 mile open water swim, 56 mile bike and a 13.1 mile run. Half Ironman Triathlons are considered among the most grueling of all endurance competitions. Enjoy this slideshow of his race.

It's a lake in a place in Arkhangelsk called ceveredvinsk, i was there with friends. Some people swim there but i would never do that!...:)). It's alittle bit isolated from the high-way. It's a cool place.
