I took these photos every week for awhile and then spaced them further out. They show me before and then, regularly, after weight loss surgery as the weight came off.

Made with Nintendo Wii Fit, Fitness Boxing and Walking. From 2007 July to March 2009. Starting weight 127.8 kg (281.7 lbs) and end at 106.8 kg (235.4 lbs).

Fitness, weight loss, pursuit of better health and wellness for all is what I am here to promote. Join me on my journey. I'd like to inspire, empower and encourage you. There's no sprint to the finish line here. We are all works in progress.
