Lynette AppadurayI write poetry and short stories in my spare time... My favourite part of the day is the 60 minute commute to and from work where I get to escape into a world of fantasy with each book I read. I am an avid reader; I just finished reading Falling by Christopher Pike and I'm currently reading Theodore Boone by John Grisham. I'm looking forward to reading Lincoln Lawyer by Michael Connelly before watching the movie. My favourite TV shows include: American Idol and Glee, to name a few. My Favourite movies this year so far include Howl and For Coloured Girls. I thought that 127 Hours was simply outstanding.
vjollca hysenlikaMy name is Vjollca, and I am from Tampa, Florida. I am a young woman who is originally from Albania, and moved to the United States in 1999. I graduated from the University of South Florida, where I received my bachelor's degree in journalism. For the past seven years, I have worked at major Tampa Bay television stations including Fox 13 News, WB38 News and Bay News 9 as a web content editor, writer, field producer, assignment desk editor and production assistant. There, I was introduced to the tough competitive world of the news business, which have enormously shaped my skills. While working there, I demonstrated excellence in writing, reporting, producing and social media. My interest in various subjects allowed me to cover a mixture of stories including presidential elections, the World Series and American Idol. In addition, my experience in marketing at a Tampa law firm was valuable as well. There, I became stronger at strategically planning and managing major events and developing relationships with the news media. Social media and Internet are two other subjects I am been interested in. Thus, in 2009, I launched my own social media marketing firm called VH New Media. The company's purpose is to introduce and educate small businesses about the social networking sites and blogs. I am interested in many subjects including, politics, travel, food, health, green and entertainment.

Chris GreenwoodAsk someone about American Idol or Jersey Shore and you will often get a lengthy debate, for or against, about everything you could ever want to know about either show. Ask someone about the legislation currently being considered that may impact Net Neutrality and you will get a blank look, followed by a response like "I don't follow politics." For over a generation now we have abdicated our authority when it comes to our government, and the results speak for themselves. It is time to reconnect to the things that make our country what it is intended to be.
