My real love and passion is writing and editing because there is no other career that can allow you to physically be in one place and mentally be in another when you set foot on a journey of the mind. On the other hand, nothing brings me greater satisfaction than a 5 mile run outdoors with only the blue sky overhead and the sun on my back. I also find joy in spending time with my three sisters and dog Oreo, a wired haired terrier and dachshund mix that my father rescued and brought to me one day as a gift. I consider Oreo one of my life's greatest blessings because he is a sweet, lovable and a great source of comfort. I am currently reading "The Happiness Project" by Gretchen Rubin and developing my own resolutions for making 2011 an incredible year both in my personal and professional life.

I've been actively writing for four years now, scripts, short-story and flash fiction, and recently personal biographies and web copy. I plan to continue refining my craft by always accepting writing challenges and broadening my knowledge of the world abroad.
