I do childcare. I have for about 10 years now. I love children, they are my passion.

After leaving university Lou worked as a waitress in a chain of pizza restaurants, working her way up to assistant manager in the space of nine months. After three years she left to pursue her true calling as a reseacrh scientist, working as a scientific officer for a government department for 15 years. The increasing demands of childcare from her young family mean Lou has just left the department to find work closer to home. An exciting time lies ahead...

I do not have any children but have worked in the childcare industry for over five years, which has provided me with a vast knowledge of child behavior.
