I have a variety of interests but my heart is with writing. I enjoy writing fiction stories and novels in the suspense and crime drama genre. I live on a 1.6 acre lot in the country and enjoy gardening and gourmet cooking and outdoor grilling. I also enjoy dining out at places from fast food to fine restaurants. I would love to write reviews on them. I enjoy movies and religious studies.

I am a retired state certified general appraiser having enjoyed a nearly 40 yr carreer in real estate appraisal and commercial loan origination in the tri-state NY marketplace, Florida and Georgia. As a former Bankruptcy Court appraiser and Superior Court contested valuation real estate expert witness within the states of CT, MA, NY, NJ, RI, SC, FL and GA I have initiated case law in a multitutde of court venues in the states so noted above.. During my career I have completed more than 3,500+/- commercial appraisal assignments and 7,000+/- residential appraisal reports since 1969. Currently I am retired in the Sunshine State (FL) and write about relavent matters including but not limited to the economy, real estate trends, business and financing trends, market value adjustments due to the impaired real estate economy, fast but good food, dining out and reviewing events within my logistic proximity in Fl and Ga, I have also authored a number of articles about growing up in Brooklyn NY entitled Shrinking The Marker, and All I Want For Christmass is my....

It's a title, only meant for the those with the strongest and greatest love for anime, something a poor student like me have yet to attain. I live in the South, am raising three children in a blended family, and am blessed to be a part of my two stepsons' lives. I have a lot of interests, and pursue them with all the attention deficit gusto I have. I am not offended when people call me a Jack-of-All-Trades, but I am a little rueful. I find that my children do best when I am home with them. Even though they are into their teens, they still need me to give them the best of my attention, energy, and time. As a result, I prefer to work from home.
