  • Karen Moore
I am an Alaskan, born in Kodiak, raised in "the golden heart" of this wonderful state, Fairbanks. Currently a senior at UAF majoring in economics with a minor in spanish and expecting to graduate spring 2010. My fascination with cultures and worldwide communities started young as I was lucky enough to travel to Italy, France and Malta in 2004. In 2005 I volunteered with 'Food for the Hungary' in Lima, Peru where my eyes were further opened to the state of the human condition. My life thus far has led me to have an unique perspective on several topics, and I will certainly enjoy widening and shaping those perspectives throughout the oncoming years.
