Robert RiveraI am into Search Engine Optimization .I am a exfelon that has been out for 10 years .I am hoping one day that men have the right to atleast have access to Hud Housing .I have created a bill called the Fathers And Men That Are Exfelons Bill .I am hoping that Congress will consider allowing felons access to housing after 10 to 20 years depending on our crimes .I feel it is time to show a little compassion adn mercy to the 65 million men with a felony record and to those trying to be productive. I express myself in crazy ways online sometimes I look back and laugh at myself but I find venting online is good . I seek to better myself and educate myself more. I feel that education is what most of us ex-felons need . With our low wages and laws it is no longer fair to force millions with records deeper into grinding poverty dispair and drug abuse .I have not been a victim of those circumstances for long but I have seen then struggle and experienced some .I seek what most people seek , to just be happy . Isn't that what most people want.
CK ConnerCK's always been an overcomer, and would love to use writing to encourage anyone that they can make it. Especially now, when the world is in total dissaray. She credits her writing talent to her English/Business teacher, Miss Glois Schrader, who has since passed on, who first saw the good in her and her talent in writing, assigning her as editorial editor of the high school paper her junior and senior year. Three of her greatest accomplishments have been co-owning 8 rental houses plus an automatic transmission repair business; worked 3 different times for the Federal Government (Air Force medic, GSA & USPS) but her favorite was working 5 1/2 years managing all aspects of 113 unit HUD Section 8 apartment complex for seniors, handicapped and disabled people. Now retired, she has returned to her private love of writing. She'd love to hear from you and if you are a contributor as well, read your articles as well. Now retired, having never lost her love for writing. she's so thrilled to have an outlet and hope that her words inspire readers all over the world that in a time of great distress that there is hope! She has 1 child, and no one could be prouder. Married to her best friend in all the world, and doing all they can to provide for others annonymously.
Robert RiveraSearch Engine Optimiztion ,Freelance writer and Civil RIghts Activist .Actively speaking against terrorism and extremism in America . I am unable to participate in this program due to yahoo restrictions .So heres my article enjoy .Guess I am not white enough to be here . I conducted a study on apartment complexes in the United States to see why millions of men in America with felony records could not live in decent apartment apartments .I have also talked with many people with degrees from prestigious universities like Harvard that are living with the parents. And I will share the reason why felons and even educated men are losing there masculinity like never before in history . After reading this article from Michael Sweig ,JD I saw a extremly severe problem one in which I had no idea was so serious .Michael Sweig ,JD article named "Proportional Unemployment" for People with Criminal Records is Smart ",blew my mind . Roughly 65 to 70 million felons have records in this country .And as we all most apartment hosuing managers and even mobile home parks deny felons access to decent apartment areas .Recently I found out that even Hud hud has banned all felons from Public Housing they recommend felons to go to drug rehabs and transitional housing units but who in the right mind would want to live with a bunch of junkies .,your truly better of on the streets. This Washington post article if from 2006 and the statistics are pretty unbelievable www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2006/11/30/AR2006113000912.html Felony convictions are not just preventing people from become garbage man due to EPA laws in Florida it is preventing millions of jobs from being filled and creating areas where people can not even pay rent .There was a time when people laughed at felons but now there watching and many have rejoiced to see millions lose it all and have to go throgh there same experiences with no help. The majority of homeless people are
