MY SONS

Lets just zoom through my childhood and get to the better stuff,shall we?!At 18 I was a major pain in the butt,very into parties every night.Doing everything a dumb,nieve teenager does.That,was the best thing I'd done in my life yet.Hang on!Don't go away,I'm going somewhere with this.Thats how I met my awsome husband.At a party,well,on the way to a party.There was no room in the cab of the car so we had to ride in the trunk.Just like that ,two weeks later we got married,then had a little boy.That child changed everything for me.Before,I had no care in the world.I didnt care if I amounted to anything or not,If it wasn't for him I would have never changed my wreckless life style.I am not the same person.Anyhow....within one year of renting a apartment for the first time we were able to buy a house at the age of 19.That was right before the market went to hell.After that we had two more little boys.They are just as great as the first one.I wouldn't trade them for anything.I started wanting to really do something.Something to make my boys proud and realize they too are capable of anything.But things where getting hard.My husband had fallen off the house and messed his leg up so bad that he was out of work for the better part of four months.I didnt have time for anything but to figure out how we would survive.I had a daily yardsale,family would donate things,I got stuff off craigslist,and drove around filling up my car with spring cleaning treasure to clean up ,fix,then resell.Somehow we made it.I brought in between 50 to 200 daily from my sale.Fortunatly,my husbands boss held his job and things got better.So we thought they were.Some garnishments hit us,we got behind our payments and lost the house.Were now renting,and this place is far better then what we were buying.It wasnt till we lost the house that I realized life is always busy.If I dont take time now to do what I want for my sons,i never will.So,I am proud to say I have enrolled in college and am going this fall

I have been married for 14 years, have 2 wonderful sons, a former corporate accountant, currently a stay at home mom with two cats and two dogs. I have a crazy busy schedule full of activities for my sons, volunteer in the community, own a pet sitting business, and enjoy reading in my spare time.

I am a 69-year-old Grandma who is very young at heart! I have four children and 7 1/2 grandchildren (expecting another in September). I had my last two children later in life (38 & 40) and went back school in my fifties and got a 2-year college degree, (and graduated with honors just to show my ex-husband I think!) Now I am retired HA!) and babysit for one or another of my sons or daughters. I also do clinical trials and write for online web sites and do surveys also for a little extra cash. Let's put it this way - I will never sit around in a rocking chair!!

I am a 36 yr old mother of a 19 yr old son. I became pregnant at the age of 16 and embark on my journey alone. I have overcome some of the most difficult self inflicted obstacles and have raised a wonderful man.i gave birth in Nov. 1992 at the age of 17I was single scared and had dropped out of school.I reseved goverment asistance and wayched children to servive for the fallowing 3 years and at the age of 20 i new i needed to get my G.E.D so my child would would know the importance of graduating. i recived my G.E.D in 1996 and 1997 i began a job at my sons preschool as a teachers aide I married at the age of 25 to a man who loved me but was not good for me or my child. during ,y marriage I lost me my son when he was 13 to my mother who could provide a stable home life as i was not able to do.This was my choice no outside agency was ever called in i felt as a mother my son deserved more. i was addicted to prescription medication as i became ill in 2001 and was put on pain medication for the next 7 years which led to depression and a downward spiral.In 2011 I left my husband and cleaned my self up. As of today i am a strong single woman clean of medications and living back home with my mother so i can reclaim my place in life.

I am a home manager with 4 boys. I grew up in a military family. I am active in the community having coached baseball/basketball and volunteered on various school boards where my sons attend. I enjoy spending time with my family and sharing in their numerous activities. I have a background in English Literature, Finance, Food Service, Compliance, Mental Health Secretary, and Coaching. I enjoy living a yoga lifestyle and find that meditation is the best tool for a healthy and happy life. In my spare time I enjoy reading, knitting, hiking, exercising, watching movies and TV shows, photography, cooking, decorating, traveling, and writing.
