A South Carolina native, Tracy Oliver came out west to attend Stanford University where she majored in American Studies. At Stanford, Oliver was very active in the theatre and film community, writing, producing, and acting in several productions. After graduation, she received the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences Fellowship in development at Starz Channel. Oliver recently completed her M.F.A. from the University of Southern California’s School of Cinematic Arts. At USC, she wrote and produced the award-winning short film, "La Pastisseria", which was accepted into the Los Angeles Latino International Film Festival. Her script, “Marriage is for White People”, won the top writing award at the Urban World Film Festival and has received critical acclaim from BET, as well as several other media outlets. Currently, she produces, writes, and acts in the popular web series, “The Mis-Adventures of Awkward Black Girl”, which was recently featured on a CNN segment. As a writer/producer, Oliver is represented by CAA and Management 360.

Shenita (King) Moore was born just outside of Miami, Fl. Being the daughter of a United States Air Force Sergeant, she was raised in various cities. With having this diverse experience already by age 12, her family finally settled in a quiet suburb of Albuquerque, NM. It is in Albuquerque that Shenita began her acting career. She worked in stage productions, including Bye Bye Birdie, A Christmas Carol, and Romeo & Juliet until her departure to New York and the prestigious New York University Tisch School of the Arts. After a return to the Southwest, to work towards a degree in Theatre from the University of New Mexico, it was time that Shenita make her journey to California in 1997. Upon her arrival in the city of angels, she submersed herself in the local theater scene and acted in student, independent and short films. It was her work in the 1999 BabyCal commercial that gave Shenita's acting talent to a larger audience. While being a 30 second spot, the performance was demanding, very touching, and came with an immediate response. It proved to be the California Prenatal Program's most effective outreach. The spot rolled into radio where Shenita's voice-over talents were discovered, and the campaign aired for over three years. In early 2005, Shenita's television career was jump started when she landed a coveted recurring role in the ABC hit drama Grey's Anatomy. By the middle of that same year, she had worked opposite Rick Schroder in the long running Lifetime series Strong Medicine. The next several years saw her taking on the world of feature films. In the fall of 2007, she worked opposite Illeana Douglas in the horror feature Otis, and in December 2008, she found herself amongst Oscar winning producers with a supporting role in the German feature Friendship!. 2009 gave way to a new accomplishment for Shenita; co-producing her first film project. In 2007 Fylmar executive produced and released its first film ("Tooth & Nail") into theatres. The film has already become a top seller in DVD sales as part of a distribution deal through Lion's Gate Entertainment, Blockbuster Video and Amazon.com. In February, 2009, Franco released the film "PAID" on DVD through Vivendi/Universal. Currently, Franco is venturing into the producing area on the film "The Land of the Astronauts" starring Vivica A. Fox and David Arquette the film is scheduled to be released into theatres in 2010.
