Robert ShirkI've been in the ski travel business for 20+ years and know a good deal when I see one. SnowPak.com doesn't sell ski packages. We just find them and share them with skiers and snowboarders. I grew up and live in South Florida. Never skied until I was 19 when I went on a trip to Vail, Colorado. I was totally blown away. It was like nothing I had ever seen or experienced before. From then on I went on ski trips any time I could. Skiing all over the world. I've stayed in all types of lodging at ski resorts from a barn in St. Anton, Austria to 5 star hotels. I began working with ski resorts and travel companies in 1992 when I started SnowPak. In 1996 we registered SnowPak.com and started our web site. I have the perspective of a consumer. Because I am a consumer. I don't work at a ski resort, property, or travel company. I hope I can point you in the right direction so you can have the winter mountain vacation you have always dreamed of.

wayne reedWayne Reed's love of motorcycling began when his dad sat him on the seat of his 1969 Triumph. The short rides with his father were pure joy and delight. Good ole dad had no idea what he'd started. Wayne is a prior major airline pilot. Additionally, he is retired from the US Air Force where he enjoyed a long, adventurous career as a transport pilot. During his years in the military, he traveled throughout the world learning to appreciate and love people from all cultures and ethnicities. After retiring, Wayne soon realized the adventure and camaraderie he'd experienced while in the military was visibly absent from his new corporate life. Without the airplane to explore the world, Wayne turned to his second love-the motorcycle. He has traveled thousands of miles throughout North America and Mexico, always looking for great roads, beautiful scenery, great restaurants, and spectacular sun sets. Wayne loves sharing the joy and excitement of the open road with our valued customers. He will be leading most of the rides. His career as a pilot has made him a methodical planner and stickler for the smallest of details. Wayne will make sure your vacation becomes an adventure of a lifetime.

Resorts RescuedTo Sell On The Resale Market There Are Two Golden Rules: (1) Beat the Resort's Price and (2) Have an on hand finance company to finance your buyer at a more affordable interest rate. For the Seller to receive close to what was paid for the Timeshare, there is no room for a huge commission, or any commission for that matter. For the Buyer, no commissions means money saved. Appraisals are not needed to sell a Timeshare. Of course the Buyer does not want to overpay for a vacation and the Seller doesn't want to be undersold. Differences in the price range from one to the next depending upon location, amenities, exchange season, and unit size. The Buyer knows what the resort is selling. The Seller knows what they paid. With commissions and appraisals ruled out, the only out of pocket expense from the Buyer, aside from the Purchase price, are the closing costs. The only out of pocket expense for the Seller is the one time advertising fee.For the Seller to receive close to what was paid for the Timeshare, there is no room for a huge commission, or any commission for that matter. For the Buyer, no commissions means money saved.
