These problems can be overcome with human potency but it is only made possible through spreading the message and educating people so that they can take direct action to change our world. It is everyday people that become world changers, whether they be switching to a vegetarian diet, becoming more eco-friendly or standing up against what they deem is unfair or wrong.

I'm a 21 year old girl who loves reading and writing. I'm currently going to school to get a degree in English and I also work at a photography studio. I love soccer and football, action/adventure movies, and classic rock, though I've been known to secretly enjoy the occasional Nicki Minaj song. Mostly, though, I love writing. I love the way it feels when you finally find the words that match what you're trying to say. I love the way writing takes you away from your world and into another. I grew up home schooled but despite the beliefs of some I am not socially awkward and I've never worn denim overall dresses just to bust a few myths about homeschooling. I was a Girl Scout for ten years. My family owns our own business and I've been working there for three years. I'm a Christian but I'm not closed minded. Growing up on Long Island, I remember driving to Brooklyn, nearly every Sunday, with my family to visit my grandparents. Back then, the entire neighborhood (Bensonhurst) was Italian, and you could literally smell the sauce cooking on the stoves from all these families before you even walked into their apartment building. I remember all the amazing stories my grandparents told us about their lives during the Depression of the 30's and World War II. They made such a difference in my life and how I view the world. I truly believe that whatever you do, when it's all said and done, the only thing that really matters is the difference we make in the lives of other people.
