I enjoy researching and writing in my spare time. I get my inspiration from other writers who employ fallacies, make assertions without evidence, or distort facts and exaggerate. As a result, I find myself wanting to probe deeper to find the objective truth of an issue or topic, regardless of what my subjective inclination might be. I'm not opposed to admitting a presupposition bias and having to change my mind if the probability evidence points in the other direction. You will see evidence of this in my articles regardless of whether the topic is sports, wellness, fitness, family relationships or faith apologetics. I am currently the Recreation Manager at a resort retirement community and have been involved in the recreation and fitness industry for 31 years. I am married and have two married adult children and a new grandfather. I hold a BA in Recreation and Leisure Services and a Master's Degree in Organizational Management.I'm also a certified senior fitness specialist and wellness lifestyle coach.

There's always been a soft spot in my heart for fiction. I get attached to the characters, and their stories stay with me throughout my life. A love for writing naturally grew out of my love for reading. When I was a little girl, I would always add chapters to the books that I loved. I thought those few blank pages at the back of a book were an invitation for me to finish telling the story. I have had a passion for writing stories most of my life. Fairly recently, my passion for stories has expanded to a passion for theology, apologetics, and ecclesiology. They are fascinating subjects for me as I continue to figure out exactly what I believe and why. I am eager to share my discoveries with people as I glean from the knowledge of theologians and other writers I respect. Finally, I enjoy writing about my writing process. I informally share my experiences as I complete my second novel. I share my frustrations, my triumphs, my shortcomings, and all that I learn from other writers as I stumble through the field of my dreams.

I am 16 years old and originally from the metro-atlanta area of Georgia. I grew up in a conservative Christian home that had very diverse influences. My parents had a combination of Roman Catholic and Jewish backgrounds before committing their lives to Christ as young adults. This afforded me a very unique perspective as I grew up in a home that encouraged me to question all of my beliefs until after I had thoroughly researched and examined all of the evidence and arguments. After High school I studied theology in college followed by a position as an associate pastor in Iowa. I have 6 years of experience in Christian ministry. I am widely read and trained in Christian apologetics, philosophy, and world religions. I am currently in the process of moving to Grand Rapids, MI to work on a degree in Philosophy with some of the world finest Christian philosophers.
